Thus, the need for a fully equipped new hospital with professional doctors, nurses, orderlies, and other support staff including security, maintenance, and administrative personnel. Hospital construction will require 550 new employees for the civil work, 150 new security positions (three shifts 24/7), 50 new physicians (3 shifts per day 24/7) and 170 nurses and orderlies, as well as 70 new maintenance employees (three shifts 24/7) and 40 new back-office personnel.
