The vocational school programs will begin shortly after the project commences using existing facilities. The programs will be open to all new hires during the construction period. Training will be necessary to implement best-in-class practices for all job functions throughout the EPC and Operational Periods. This includes jobs starting from general laborers up to and including all executives and it includes all contractors and their employees. Safety Practices on the Job will be a central focus for many of these employees both at work and at home.

The Vocational School will create approximately 250 new jobs including, but not limited to, 100 construction workers, 50 fulltime teachers and supervisors, up to 45 part-time teachers, 20 back-office employees, and 35 maintenance and grounds keepers. The school will be offering daytime and evening classes on a 24/7 basis due to the large quantity of new employees.
