Nigeria’s aim is to incorporate renewables into its generation mix for future use. This important project is a transitional process, in cooperation with the local government, so the population has access to energy where it has never been before, improving their lives as we drive the use of renewable energy in our following projects. To address this transition, our project will utilize two processes to offset and reduce the greenhouses gases released. The first is A. to attach ‘State of the Art scrubbers’ to reduce the greenhouse gases in the system, with this technology reducing the pollution to a level that complies with, and in some locations, will be below the USA, EU, and United Nations Standards; and B. the replanting of thousands of indigenous trees and other local flora in this local area, and to also repatriate the land and local fauna devastated by poaching. These efforts will aid in climate, flora, and fauna diversity on land and in the water. 200 direct jobs will be allocated to address these issue.
